It’s getting to the point where Fallon has at least one clip go viral every night and Tuesday’s was Jimmy (dressed as Bruce) and Springsteen’s rendition of “Governor Chris Christie’s Fort Lee New Jersey Traffic Jam.”

Re-working the lyrics to “Born to Run,” Bruce joined Fallon on stage, as he has before, and delivered another must-see performance. It’s always a treat to see The Boss perform live and the parody lyrics are brilliantly written.

I’ve said it before and I’ll continue to say it… Fallon has the best late night show on television and his move to 11:30 should only expand his audience. He is so talented and these musical performances really set him apart from the other late night hosts. Nobody else can do stuff like this.

It’s going to be interesting to see if Fallon can take some of the viewers that currently watch Letterman and Kimmel, both of whom I enjoy as well. As long as he continues to produce clever and unique bits like this one, Jimmy will maintain an online following and the increased TV audience shouldn’t be far behind.
